Jennifer is driven and determined to succeed. After working in business-to-business sales and management, she entered the employment industry, in the Des Moines area, in 2000. She focused on direct-hire permanent placements in Accounting/Finance, Sales/Marketing, Administration and Human Resources. Jennifer’s experience in management and passion for the industry were driving forces in co-founding S&S Employment Partners.
Away from the office, you may see her running or cheering on the Cyclones and the Steelers.
Tammy is passionate about the employment industry. She began her career in Retail Management, and in 1998, started in the staffing world in the Des Moines metro area and hasn’t looked back. Focusing on the temporary and temp-to-hire market, from sales to recruiting to sales management, her experience and love for the business were primary factors in co-founding S&S Employment Partners.
On her own time, Tammy loves spending time with family and friends.
Tori is passionate about helping others. She began her career in the employment industry in 1997, and since 2002 has been a leading presence in the Des Moines metro employment market. She has a proven track-record for finding talent to work with valued employers.
When Tori isn’t playing career matchmaker, she teaches group fitness classes and enjoys working out.
Laurie is passionate about meeting new people and values previous business connections and relationships. She began her recruiting career in 2000, focusing on HR, Administration, CSR and Sales. Helping people find their perfect match is what drives Laurie each day.
Outside of recruiting, Laurie enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching her boys play youth sports and spending time outdoors.
Deitra loves building professional relationships with others and assisting with their job search. She started recruiting in the staffing industry in 2014. The feeling of excitement when successfully helping people find a career is the most fulfilling part of her work.
Deitra is a native Texan. Outside the office, she enjoys visiting her girls/family in Texas and walks with her dog. She loves watching all sports.
Alisa loves networking, building relationships, and helping people find the perfect career fit. She joined the staffing industry in 2017 as an HR assistant, where she fell in love with recruiting, and quickly transitioned into a recruiter.
Outside of recruiting Alisa enjoys spending time with her family, woodworking, and the busy life of being a mom.
Becka is an experienced recruiter, skilled in relationship building, candidate development, recruitment and more. She started in the staffing industry in 2016 and hasn’t turned back. Becka is from the Quad Cities. After earning her Bachelor’s from the Uof I, she spent some time in AZ and CA before making her home base in WDSM, Iowa.
Outside of recruiting, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and being outdoors. She “bleeds black and gold. Go Hawkeyes!”
Laurel makes sure the office is running smoothly. For over 25 years she has been office Manager at a handful of small offices in the Des Moines area. As a former small business owner, she brings additional expertise in the areas of bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, insurance, as well as sales and marketing.
She’s a passionate Iowa State Cyclones fan, avid health and nutrition information seeker and animal lover.
Bree provides exceptional administrative support to every area of our fast-paced business. Her successful sales customer service experience and creativity combined with strong attention to details and being self-motivated contributes to a high functioning organized office.
Bree enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, loves watching her son play sports and enjoys music.
